Kashan Medallion Rug with Birds

At first glance a classic Kashan, this rug keeps small surprises: the birds half-hidden in the upper field reward anyone who looks closely. The drawing is fine, the colour balanced, and the pale medallion lifts the whole composition. A formal rug with a light touch.
